About the role

What you'll do

• Identify and acquire projects from freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and GURU.
• Create and submit high-quality, customized bids to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct project analysis and requirement gathering to understand client needs.
• Manage and track project milestones while listing key features.
• Develop and maintain strong communication with clients to ensure successful project execution.
• Meet sales targets and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll need

• Education: BE (CSE/IT), B.Tech (CSE/IT), MCA, ME (CSE/IT), M.Sc, M.Tech (CSE/IT), BBA, MBA (IT/Marketing) or any other
• Strong knowledge of freelancing/job portals for IT projects.
• Ability to draft compelling proposals and fetch quality projects.
• Good understanding of IT services, software, and technical requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
• Recent Freshers from New Delhi can apply with no experience
