About the role
We are hiring a dynamic and creative Event Planner in Raipur with at least 1 year of relevant experience. The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of events, managing timelines and budgets, and delivering memorable experiences.

What you'll do
- Plan, organize, and execute events from concept to completion
- Secure venues and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers
- Monitor event timelines and manage budgets effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams, Raipur vendors, and clients for smooth event delivery
- Oversee ticketing, stage design, media coordination, and visual presentation
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and event success
What you'll need
- Minimum 1 year of experience in event/show management in or nearby Raipur, Chhattisgarh
- Any Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Hospitality, or related field
- Proficient in Ticketing Systems, Stage Designing, Media Solutions, Artistic Concepts, and Color Analysis
- Excellent communication and marketing skills
- Strong project management and time management capabilities
- Good leadership qualities with the ability to multitask under pressure
