We’re hiring a Billing Support Specialist in Jharia for the night shift to handle customer inquiries, resolve billing issues, and ensure timely payment processing. If you're detail-oriented, analytical, and customer-focused, join our team and make an impact!
What you'll do
- Respond to billing-related queries via chat, email, and calls
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in invoices and payments
- Manage subscription changes, cancellations, and refunds
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Technical team of Jharia for issue resolution
- Monitor billing systems and flag errors
- Assist with failed payments and guide customers through payment options
- Maintain compliance with billing policies and regulations
What you'll need
- 1–3 years’ experience in billing, customer service, or finance in Jharia
- Familiarity with billing software and systems
- Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
