Experience Required: 2 – 3 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain quantitative models using Python and C++
• Convert research ideas into efficient, testable, and scalable code
• Collaborate with quant researchers and leadership to understand problem statements
• Optimize and enhance existing quantitative models and workflows
• Perform testing, validation, and performance optimization of systems
• Contribute to building long-term quantitative and research platforms
• Ensure scalability, robustness, and reliability of quantitative systems

Required Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python and C++
• Solid understanding of mathematics and quantitative concepts
• Experience in data-driven or quantitative problem-solving
• Ability to design systems from scratch
• Strong debugging, optimization, and analytical skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Exposure to financial markets, trading systems, or capital markets research
• Experience with factor-based strategies or systematic research
• Background combining Finance + Computer Science / Mathematics
• Research publications or real-world model deployment experience

Education Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
