We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Billing Staff in Siliguri to join our finance team. You will be responsible for generating accurate invoices, maintaining financial records, and ensuring timely payment processing. 

Billing Executive role in Siliguri plays a key part in ensuring smooth financial operations and excellent customer support.

Location: Siliguri West Bengal

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month

Job Type: Full-Time

Education Required: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field

Experience: 1+ year preferred (Siliguri Freshers with strong skills may also apply)

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and process invoices accurately and promptly
• Verify billing details, pricing, and payment terms for accuracy
• Respond to Siliguri customer or patient inquiries related to billing and payments
• Maintain detailed records of transactions, payments, and outstanding dues
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely payment processing
• Adhere to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes effectively
• Process refunds, discounts, and billing adjustments as necessary
• Prepare and submit billing reports for internal audits and management review
• Stay updated with billing software, tools, and industry standards
