• Plan and schedule daily market visits for lead generation in Pathankot, Punjab
• Visit 15–20 shops daily and onboard new merchants
• Promote and sell Paytm products such as QR codes, Sound Boxes, EDC/Card Swipe Machines, POS software, insurance, and financial services
• Deploy Paytm devices at merchant locations and explain benefits and usage
• Enable digital payments at unorganized retailers and guide them through the payment process
• Visit existing merchants to resolve issues and ensure smooth service
• Collect market feedback and competitor insights to improve offerings
• Ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and product adoption
