We are looking for a highly motivated Factory Supervisor in Aizawl to oversee daily production operations and ensure efficient workflow in our manufacturing unit. 

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in operations management, quality control, and supply chain management, and the ability to implement process improvements.

Salary: ₹18,500 - ₹21,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily factory operations and production.
• Supervise workers and ensure quality standards.
• Monitor processes and take corrective actions.
• Maintain relationships with clients and vendors of Aizawl.
• Assign tasks and guide factory staff.
• Maintain quality control and machine maintenance procedures.
• Improve production strategies and efficiency.
• Prepare reports and present to management.
• Assist in hiring and training employees from Aizawl.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
