Rapido, India’s first and fastest-growing bike taxi service, is currently hiring for the position of Bike Taxi Captain (Driver) in the Rajballavpur 24 Parganas area.

Key Responsibilities as a Bike Taxi Driver in 24 Parganas:

Safely transport customers to their desired locations within Rajballavpur 24 Parganas on time.
Follow designated routes and maintain punctuality to improve customer satisfaction.
Collect payments from customers after each ride within the 24 Parganas area.
Inform customers about new products and services to enhance their experience.
Regularly inspect, prepare, and operate the vehicle.
Request customer feedback and address any concerns to improve future service.

Requirements for the Role:

Valid driver’s license, bank passbook, PAN card, Aadhaar card, RC book, and Smart Card/Bluebook.
Ownership of a two-wheeler with a helmet.
Familiarity with the Rajballavpur, 24 Parganas area for efficient and safe driving.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
A clean driving record with no traffic violations.
