Job Title: Associate/Senior Associate – Client Acquisition
Department: NSD – FSA
Location: Bhandara, Maharashtra – Field Position, covering nearby areas in Bhandara
Reporting To: Area Manager (AM)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications
Primary Responsibilities at IndiaMart:
- Lead Generation: Identify decision-makers within targeted leads, initiating the sales process to drive new business.
- Sales Outreach: Penetrate targeted accounts, generating sales opportunities for IndiaMart’s products and services in Bhandara.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver daily sales presentations and product/service demonstrations.
- Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-ups with client organizations to bring sales pitches to successful closure.
- Customer Interface: Serve as a liaison between customers and IndiaMart’s internal support teams, ensuring excellent service in Maharashtra.
- Sales Process Adherence: Follow established sales processes to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly business targets.
Role Requirements for IndiaMart Jobs in Bhandara:
Knowledge:
- Proficient in sales techniques, including rapport building, value proposition, and sales closing.
Attitude & Behavior:
- Positive, enthusiastic, and resilient in the face of rejection.
- Customer-focused with a strong results-oriented approach.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduates with a minimum of 6 months experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Fresh Post Graduates may also apply for positions in Bhandara.
- Prior field sales experience in industries such as Internet, Media, Telecom, Banking, or Insurance.
- Willingness to travel across Maharashtra if required post-COVID-19.
