We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Billing Staff in Raipur to join our finance team. You will be responsible for generating accurate invoices, maintaining financial records, and ensuring timely payment processing.

Location: Raipur Chhattisgarh

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month

Job Type: Full-Time

Education Required: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field

Experience: 1+ year preferred (Raipur Freshers with strong skills may also apply)

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and process invoices accurately and promptly
• Verify billing details, pricing, and payment terms for accuracy
• Respond to Raipur customer or patient inquiries related to billing and payments
• Maintain detailed records of transactions, payments, and outstanding dues
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely payment processing
• Adhere to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes effectively
• Process refunds, discounts, and billing adjustments as necessary
• Prepare and submit billing reports for internal audits and management review
• Stay updated with billing software, tools, and industry standards
