Rapido, India’s first and fastest-growing bike taxi service, is currently hiring for the position of Bike Taxi Captain (Driver) in the Kalpetta area.

Key Responsibilities as a Bike Taxi Driver in Kalpetta:

Safely transport customers to their desired locations within Kalpetta on time.
Follow designated routes and maintain punctuality to improve customer satisfaction.
Collect payments from customers after each ride within the Kalpetta area.
Inform customers about new products and services to enhance their experience.
Regularly inspect, prepare, and operate the vehicle.
Request customer feedback and address any concerns to improve future service.

Requirements for the Role:

Valid driver’s license, bank passbook, PAN card, Aadhaar card, RC book, and Smart Card/Bluebook.
Ownership of a two-wheeler with a helmet.
Familiarity with the , Kalpetta area for efficient and safe driving.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
A clean driving record with no traffic violations.
